The Crowd & I

I recently completed my first branding project. This was for the PR consultancy 'The Crowd & I' (Google them). I needed to create the brand's visual identity from scratch. The visuals needed to be clean, bold and simple and had to be (mainly) black and white. The Logo and an extract from the Brand Book is below:

Bit of context: Mr. Wild is my Dad's name, and he's a Dentist (but he's old so can't really be bothered working anymore). Get it now?!

Had to make a graphic in the style of the Full Metal Jacket poster (with a BB in it!) for a little project in work today...

All will (hopefully) be revealed... at some point in the future!!!

Meanwhile

Haven't posted anything for a while so thought I'd write a quick note.

Moved into Meanwhile's new offices in Manchester Square, Marylebone. Working with some great people at the top of their game and learning a hell of a lot from them all (both about marketing and life in general)!

Unfortuantly I can't put any of the things I've done on here yet, but I will when I can... And most of it's been research anyway so wouldn't be particularly visually stimulating!!!

Feel extremely lucky to be there with everyone. Genuinely humbled!

Personal Presentation

This is a personal presentation I had to do for my application to Hyper Island. It was a pretty open brief - just had to be less than 200 words and had to show who I was, and what made me tick. And it had to be able to be read in under 2mins. I decided that photos of my rooms and spaces would be the best way to show my personality quickly! And it's also very personal!! I made it into a little PDF ebooklet, but I've had to export it out as JPEGS!

Playce!

For my application for Hyper Island (Digital Media) in Stockholm, I had to come up with a solution to a problem in the music industry. My idea was a cloud based player called Playce. I made a presentation detailing the service and did a work example which is a print advert which would be used to promote the forthcoming launch of the product. This is the advert: Might put the full presentation up but haven't decided yet!!

I should find something more interesting to draw than just my name...

Retouching Katie

I haven't done much re-touching so I thought I'd have a stab at it using frequency seperation. My mate Katie's the girl in the pictures... not that she needed any retouching anyway. Just uploaded them and realised that they get compressed so you can't really see the difference so well up on here anyway... But you should be able to get the idea.

Ferrari

Been doing some work for a Ferrari video this week... Pretty happy as it's going up on their website and on screens in their stores apparently! I'll embed / link when it's online. Watch this space!!

I just finished the animation for a promotional video for Philip Sheldrake's new book 'The Business of Influence'.

My animations are at the end and at about a minute in. Also did the titles but they're pretty simple!!!
